We begin system engineering research and development for Smart Factory construction project

  • SYSTEM ENGINEERING R&D CENTER

    Sebong is now starting research
    and development of system engineering for a construction business of 5G smart factories.

    Sebong established a research lab for system engineering in 2019 based on its technologies and know-hows that it has accumulated while supplying components related to automation to the industrial field of automation in Korea for 30 years, and at the same time, started development of seven essential modules for development of automation devices, and is participating in the construction business of 5G smart factories.

    Also, Sebong is pursuing development of its own system engineering, based on its experiences in development
    of technologies such as development of movements for watches, development of back-end devices for semiconductors, semiconductor test handlers, and die bonders, package reward vision inspection, development of clean robots, development of display indexers, development of devices for laser glass cutting, and development of plasma wafer thinning.

    For implementation of this, Sebong signed an MOU based on an agreement through discussion for participating in the construction business of smart factories, and established GiSEAH Team as a back-up organization consisting of engineers with high level technical skills who can actually research and develop technologies.
